TENNIS TEAMS SWEPT BY JACKSONVILLE
The Bruins Face North Florida Saturday
Jacksonville, Fla. – The Belmont tennis teams
both lost in their conference openers against Jacksonville. The women
lost 7-0, while the men fell by the same score 7-0.
In the women’s match, the Dolphins captured the doubles point by
winning all three matches and then cruised to the match victory as they
swept all six singles matches.
On the men’s side, JU won the first point of the match by sweeping
the doubles matches and then took all six singles matches to clinch the
victory.
Belmont will be back in action Saturday as both teams face North Florida.
