Trocino Named to NSCAA Scholar All-South Region Second Team

After helping her team to its third consecutive Atlantic Sun Tournament appearance and garnering numerous individual awards along the way, junior Jayme Trocino (Franklin, Tenn.) of the Belmont women's soccer team has earned another honor. She was recently named to the 2009 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Scholar All-South Region Second Team, becoming only the second player in program history to earn the distinction. Seniors Annie Musacchio (Nashville, Tenn.) and Elizabeth Bublis (Norman, Okla.) received Honorable Mentions to the elite list. Read Full Release

Trocino Named NSCAA All-Southeast Region Third Team

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Junior Jayme Trocino of the Belmont Women's Soccer Team has garnered yet another postseason award for her outstanding play on the field during the 2009 campaign. This time, the Franklin, Tenn., native who helped the Bruins to their third Atlantic Sun Tournament in as many years was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Southeast Region Third Team.
