Jonathan Davis enters his first year on the sidelines for the Belmont women's basketball program in 2008. He will serve as an assistant coach as well as the team's travel and film coordinator. Davis joins the women's basketball program following an extended stint with Belmont's men's basketball program as an undergraduate, postgraduate, and volunteer assistant. He served six seasons in a variety of capacities involving team, travel, and basketball operations for the Bruins - including three consecutive seasons in which the team won the Atlantic Sun conference tournament and earned a berth in the NCAA tournament. During his time with the men's program, the Bruins produced four 20-win seasons and an overall record of 120-67. The Nashville native graduated from Belmont in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and in 2007, earned a master's degree in business administration from Belmont's Massey Graduate School of Business. Davis resides in Nashville, where he is a Tennessee-licensed insurance agent and enjoys listening to live music and playing board games. |
